Nicole brings a joy for client service and storytelling to Devon that is rare and remarkable. She is the epitome of a people person and combines that love and curiosity for the human experience to everything she does. Not to mistake that sunny disposition however, with a lack of steely commitment to getting the job done. Nicole leads with compassion and will follow up with a work ethic built on grit, grace and creativity. She considers her job a gift and we, and we are not alone, would say the same about her.

Andrew, in addition to being simply superior in every aspect of client service, brings a deep understanding of current culture to Devon. A self-professed 'culture addict' , he is passionate about staying on top of and attuned to any and all trends relevant to the industry of client focus and his creativity when approaching any strategy is unmatched. Simply put, he will stop at nothing to uncover the very best approach, program, partner or plan for every piece of the business he touches.

Her global experience gives her a unique perspective, allowing her to add a personal touch to everything she does.
